It's just my proportions, I'm only a tiny bit taller than the American average lol

Proclaiming that there are only 3 body types and that all humans fall into on of these categories is absolute nonsense. I for example don't show any characteristics of an endomorph, but I gain muscle more quickly than anyone I know, yet there are fat people who hardly gain muscle. Genetics is far more complex.

There are body types and body SHAPES too. It's a mix of both.

It's hard to define 3 exact types but the endo-meso-ecto division is based on bone measurements. Wide shoulders(bones) with short legs(bones)=endo and so on, weight loss and muscle gain has to do with metabolism beyond bone structure and that's why these quizzes are silly or at very least simplistic.
