Sorry NO WAY, NOT IN THIS LIFE, these pictures can be from a Gypsy neighborhood. IMPOSSIBLE.

I know you love Gypsies and blablabla... but please, stop deniying undebiable facts.

I don't love them, I don't hate them. But I genuinely want to see them achieve a better social status.

In that regard, I think we should not exaggerate the bad (of which there is a plenty), and also note the achievements. If there is no way for them to win this game why would gypsies care to behave like we want them?

Which achievements? you even dont notice you are contrasaying yourself claiming Ferentari was a Gypsy neighorhood since always, because, look in what it has become

History
Ferentari was the first modern industrial area of Bucharest developed in the middle of 19th century, when new industrial plants were built in the area and especially after the first railway in Romania was built (opened in 1869 and connecting Bucharest—via Filaret station—to Giurgiu). In 1947, the Ferentari Market housing estate was built, being the most modern (and last housing project) built during the era of the Kingdom of Romania. Between 1970 and 1978 multiple apartment buildings were constructed, including the infamous Aleea Livezilor buildings.

The neighbourhoods are degraded but that quickly can be fixed, that is not a inherent problem at all. Because it is the public communal service which task it is to recycle public trash, to fix public buildings, streets, etc. The gypsie neighbourhood where I was in serbia was the last to get a street in the city, the last neighbourhood to get a street, my uncle who was gypsy leader fought for it, that they get a street, then the communal service build a street and now it looks as if humans live there, all other neihgbourhoods and quarters had streets. I dont see how it is only the gypsies fault. Romania and Bulgaria get so much EU funds partly to integrate gypsies, but it goes to corrupt politicians the most poor gypsies get only a bag of floor, and thats it, just to vote for those politicians, but they want to keep them like that, and segregated, they do not have running water or electricity, how can that be the gypsies fault, it is the public communal service which builds electricity and access to running water. My community owner also fixes things in my building if they are out of time, or broken, I call him if something is wrong and he fixes it, that is normal. All other neighbours who are white do too.

Fixed by who?? by Gypsies?? LOL. No, it is precisely for that that can not be fixed. These neighborhoods are Gypsy territory, I doubt too much non-Gypsies even enter there, and that is why its situation is what is. In Spain even the Gypsy neigborhoods are cleaned several days per week (by normal workers, not by the own Gypsies of the neighborhood), that is why dont seem so degradated like these of Eastern Europe.

It is a total inherent problem.
