I don't have to carry children in order to be very much against the brutal murder of innocents. An unborn baby is the most vulnerable person you can find... his mother's body being his only protection. And then these evil people do the unthinkable by mutilating the infant in the womb! It needs to be totally outlawed, everywhere. God hasn't given any of us the right over life and death. He is the only one authorised for that.

If mothers try to circumvent the law by getting illegal abortions, they should face the full force of the law and be charged with murder and be jailed.

Great news.

Looking through the article the bill seems fair. It allows early term abortions (6 weeks) and makes later exceptions for rape and if the mothers life is in danger .

"The bill includes some exceptions for situations of medical futility or where the mother's health is at risk as well as in cases of rape or incest before the 20-week mark"

Abortion is a heinous act and should be restricted as much as possible, excluding certain circumstances.

It's interesting how certain people are actually disqualifying an unborn offspring as a human being. This is where the battle needs to be won. When the fetus will be legally recognized as a human being (and by legally I mean in the constitution not some second hand convention) then the abortion will be seriously limited. I'd say that it will still be allowed in cases when the pregnancy is threatening the mothers life and that's probably right. Although how do you decide which life is more valuable, which is the greater value? One cannot laugh when the "right to control your own body" is being mentioned. I mean what a load bollocks is this and how does it trump the absolute greatest value that western civilization has identified - life?
