Nope. In Brazil, most neo-nazis are actually locals, and some of them have murdered Black people or in some cases, gay dudes too. These people would be thrown in the Atlantic ocean to swim all the way up to Europe if I ruled Brazil. They are such cowards. They never want to mess with Black people in favelas or with the PCC/CV members.
