either my Southern part is very exotic or either my lazio side was probably more Southern shifted,

i think the second might be probable. so i reckon instead of being 50 % Southern i am around 60ish or something.

weird part my mothers father surname is from catalunya going really back in the centuries originally and i score only 0,3 iberia haha

Where in Ciociaria is your ancestry from? If you come from the former Terra di Lavoro, then you're basically southern Italian on that side so I'd actually put you at 75% southern in that case.

I've got ancestry from there (Sora) and from the few GEDMatch kits I've seen from the area they tend to shift towards Abruzzo and/or Campania.

Also, try the Morley Y-DNA predictor if you want to get a deep look at your subclade. It's not always accurate but it's worth a look imo.

a Ton in New Jersey. i've got many more matches there than in all Italy.

one is pretty close, it's a descendent of the daughter (s different surname) of my grandads grandad. (fourth Cousin)

I think that getting more American matches is nothing unusual because of the high amount of testers from there. Do you get many matches from somewhere else than Italy or America?

i get USA, Australia, Brasil, UK, Germany. usual places of southern italian emigration, although many don't have an italian surname at all.

there is only one wierd one in Turkey, seems like he is a balkan turk ancestor origin states Bosnia Herzegovina, don't know what to think , the relationship would have been dating from the 1600's..maybe italians intermixing with people on the other side of the adriatic?

Oh, boy, you have relatives in Jersey!

I think it's interesting that you are mostly S. Italian, but you don't look like what an American would consider as S. Italian (I know there is variation but I'm talking about the average person). So I don't think that here in the US, they would guess you as Italian at first.
