They look a like to me. I voted 2. But had you added a third option, "They look nearly identical," I would have picked that instead.

Your opinion matters alot. Because you don't recognize the players. Alot of the people here who voted the right answer (all of them) recognize the players used in the template.

I distinguish that those below are Spaniards, basically because of this:

The A4 looks like a Spaniard Facebook troll.

The B4 looks like many people I know.

The C2 looks like my brother in law.

The C4 looks like the Mexican footballer Chicharito.
