I'd be o.k with replacing all McDonald's, Starbucks, Burger King's and KFC in the Netherlands with Wendy's and Chick-Fil-A's at a 50 to 1 ratio: 50 places close, 1 opens. Since there are 225 McDonalds (most of which franchises), 60 to 70 Burger King's, 73 Starbucks and 58 KFC's, we can gain a lot (or rather: lose) a lot by closing them all down. That means that they will be able to get 9 outlets and rest of the market can be given to independent sandwich stores, bakeries and coffee lounges etc.
