True. But lets try to separate one from another. If all Middle Eastern/African migrants to Europe were secular as many of them actually are, I still cannot see them being productive and high achieving members of society.

Religion also affects culture substantially. Everything is related to IQ, be it religion, culture, environmental factors, genetics and what have you.

They are kind of related, Increased intelligence usually leads to more secular people. I cant imagine a high iq person believing in a sharia state or a low iq person being an atheist, although the later is more likely. Overall though, I'd take ,as immigrants, higher iq people who are slightly more religious over dumber people who are less religious.
