Yes, I am. I'm very new at this, though. And it will take time to accumulate a decent amount. But aside from bullion, I also have an interest in numismatic coins, especially British sovereigns and some proof coins. But again, since this could be an expensive hobby, I'll just add what I can every year, sort of as a long-term investment.

I mostly just collect special edition coins from Canada; for special dates, or events. And I’ll bring back the odd coin from another country, to add to my collection.

Yes indeed, silver coins are wonderful to hold in the hand, and thanks for the compliment. I have some very old coins, most of them were minted after the 18th Century, but I do have some very old ones too that predate the 19th Century.

As for very recent coins, I have 100 Commemorative Uncirculated Buffalo Silver Ounce Coins, minted in 2013, and valued for their weight in silver. Also, I have a silver coin from Armenia, minted in 2015, an uncirculated "Noah's Ark" silver ounce coin; hopefully, I'll be able acquire more coins from Armenia too. I already mentioned the Morgan Silver Dollars. And, there're a number of completed collections already mentioned -- Kennedy Half Dollars, Eisenhower Dollars, and Washington Quarters.

Other foreign coins, in my collection, include a 1,000 year old coin from China, an old beat up yet genuine Roman Coin, from a shipwreck in the Roman Empire, and a French minted gold coin (19th Century). The French gold coin is called the "Lucky Angel" (a 20 Frank piece), uncirculated and minted in 1893. By the way, in my previous post I misspelled numismatic -- my apology for that.

Very impressive Armenian Bishop, it seems like you are also a "silver stacker" And yeah, those Armenian Noah's Ark silver coins are quite popular among collectors here in Europe, most silver collectors would have one or a couple of them at least.

I went through a brief coin collecting phase when I was young. All old American coins. I was more of a baseball card guy.
