Yes, East Germans are Germanicised Poles and should be proud of their Slavo-Mongol heritage.

First of all Masaman claim that all r1a type is slavic which is not true, there are proto-germanic r1a types for example r1a-z284:

So this video is misleading and don't forget western slavs have such % germanic admixture, for example if you see the czech Y haplogroups it's germanic majority (I1, I2b, r1b):

Basically East Germany, West Poland, Czechia, East Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia are german-slav mixed.
