Paleo-Atlantid perhaps? Saying that, he doesn't seem quite robust enough.

He's a difficult one tbh. I can see Paleo-Atlantid, and also Dinaro-Med based on his young photos. I cannot classify him based on his recent photos as he's old and obese, which is not an easy way to determine someone's phenotype.

I think he can pass as a Greek as far as European ethnicities go.
