The problem is you have governments whose only concern is increasing the pool of taxable labor with no concern for what it does to their nations, and "intellectual" institutions that legitimately want to see native Europeans replaced because their ideology has taught them to hate white people and western culture - both of which have more real world impact than the average person who doesn't agree with these things.

They actually do care. Who wants their population to become a minority in their own country? It is one of the reasons why so many voted for Brexit. They took it out on the EU. The demographics in many European countries show the same thing. I really think that Europe needs to evaluate how many migrants they are taking in and I think a lot of Europeans do want immigration to slow down. People should let their politicians know that they want a balance between economics and the amount of immigrants they take in otherwise Europe will just be a multicultural mishmash with not many countries having their native populations as a majority anymore. There is a difference between populating empty land, which is what humans normally did, and completely replacing a existing native population, which is what modern 'Europeans' did in the landmass we today call Western Europe in historic period.
