That's not a modern definition of multiculturalism in everyday language. If someone talking about multiculturalism he means arab & eropean or asian & european not european ethnicities.

It doesn't matter what arbitrary meaning they want to set for words today. Is Europe a continent with a sundry of nations, ethnicities and languages? A multitude of cultures, if you will. It is? When each country has some weird quota of Turks, Moroccans, Somalis and Bengalis to foster and grow, they cease to be as unique as they once were.
