So to be white and latino you need to have blue eyes and blonde hair? There can be latinos of 100% european ancestry that don’t look like that. If the OP were to travel to Europe and said he was latino I don’t think he wouldn’t be considered white.
Also what does traveling to other places got to do with this? I certainly don’t look like Cameron Diaz and in the US they approached me as white and I don’t think their perception changed once I told them that I was latino.

I'm just saying that is the perception of whiteness in the U.S now If you ask me I don't see no difference between an Algerian and a European person because there's only 3 major races Caucasian Mongoloid Sub-Saharan African everything else are sub -races within groups.
I could care less if the OP (with all respect ) is associated as Anglo or not im just saying med phenos are not really seen as mainstream "white american"
