Is the Andalusian influence strong as well?

Yeah it's stronger than most other regions in mainland spain especially since many colonized the canary islands during the 15th century which in turn contributed to the colonization of puerto rico itself since the canary islanders came in huge numbers to PR.

Your average Puerto Rican is like 60-70% Euro on average and 15% SSA and 15-25% native.

I didn't see much SSA on these morphs. But, I can see the amerindian influence.
