In high school, yes. One of the most boring books I ever read.

Mein Kampf, to me, is like Coon's Races of Europe, I'm always starting over and over again the reading, but never finish it.

I found it boring. but that was a while ago. maybe i should read it again.
It's a pretty boring and redundant book, Hitler clearly was smart, but his assumptions are all far reaching and flawed. Nationalization only worked because he emptied the coffers and drained other countries of their resources, in normal practice it is not a long term viable option. The U.S tried it by Nationalizing gold and making people turn it over and it helped for a short while but killed a lot of industry and commercial activity.

I read it about a year ago right after reading the Communist Manifesto. Before reading it, I respected Hitler's charisma, passion, and love of country, and for some reason, I expected him to be some kind of intellectual on the same level as Marx, but I was seriously disappointed. Many of the points he makes are somewhat logical, but his writing style, rambling, and the sprinkles of lunacy/schizophrenia and illogical thinking throughout the book made it a chore to read.

I bought myself this book for my birthday. I read a lot about this book and found it quite important and interesting, because Adolf Hitler talks about his life and the reasons why he did what he have done. I haven’t managed to read it yet, because there are still many books that I have to master. But I look forward to plunge into the life of the great tyrant, in whose actions I still see at least some meaning.
