That shows that you must be completely retarded. You have been listening too much FOX. Even the French healthcare system isn't state owned but consists of a couple of large healthcare insurance firms which offer general coverage. There are very few countries with any form of state healthcare and universal health care and state healthcare are not the same. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and most others btw either just have private insurance (or a mixture of public mutual assurance funds and private) and privately providers interlocking into a system of general healthcare paid for by your insurance as well as taxation. The same goes.. goes for most other countries maybe apart from the UK and the Scandinavian countries (and there too there are private options). There is no Medicare as you have it in Europe. Mind you: the hospitals and doctors are all private individuals and work for profit wherever you go in Europe - it's just that the insurance system covers everybody.
