My theoretical and fantasy prone mindset wants it to be possible but even if it is it probably wouldn’t be a good idea.

At least to the future is theoretically possible (relativity theory).

Why? For fear of creating a temporary paradox or changing some historical fact?

Give me a summary of why you believe that.

Is not scientifically proved so far.

To the future is scientifically proved, though you have to travel to a decent fraction of the speed of light (around 300,000 kilometers per second) to do the challenge of travelling to the future, and that's not technologically feasible in the near future.

Maybe with a particle accelerator it is possible.

It is also proven that there are parallel universes (is no joke)

It is possible in small masses, but not in humans yet.

And yeah, I have read many topics about the possibility of parallel universes.
