bulliers are low life with a small iq,they have bad notes in class and they ending there life with shitty jobs with a boss who is the bullied nerd counting the dollars while he's in the dirt,the nerd of there teen years,somewhere it's reminds me a movie ,and bulliers when they fall on more stoic/zen than them they are crushed in 2 sec by efficiency vs brute force,they don't last long,with two fingers i fall you down a bullier easely it's called the lexity of the members
in general bulliers are fat,and they are addicted to junk food,the brain is not fonctionning well and he's not well oxygenated,they are near of the debility,i speak of early teens/childrens ,for adults it's different it's related to a too much affective and over protective mother and a shallowed weak father with brothers it's most of the time the benjamin,compensing by violence his place between the oldest one and the youngest ones,it's rarelly happens with single kids,it could be also a complete lack of affection from the mother with several kids who is well more occupied to cheat and bang with many men,it's quite complex and in general it's treated when is going very too far under the psychiatric angle with a comportementalist, i would mean than this behaviour is abnormal and reflect a total lack of confidence,is why there acting also like that with women,women who are themselves broken narcissic bitches/harpies ,the famous tandem love/attraction hate/repulsion,i quite studied in basic psychology,it's not new.

bulliers when they change in the adulthood aside having been nightmares for there schoolmates,if they have conscience of there mistakes,that's ok ,but when they don't pass this step they became very associable and completly bordeline with no more distinction between good and evil and they could be very dangerous,add on this alcoholism,and you have the perfect social case with kids in the foster families and violence against there spouses,i think it should be taken very seriously by the persons in charge in the social affairs at the highest ranks like the minister of the social affairs because it's have really impact in the society,humanly but also financially with thousands of life destroyed,sure if the social origin of the bulliers is working class and poor it's adding a layer but it could also exists in the more wealthy social classes,but this phenomenon should be treated at the very early age because later it's too late the wrong it's done,it's leading to the violence against women who became a national cause in most of our countries.
