I did a DNA test with MyHeritage and got the results and after that I uploaded the raw DNA on FTDNA, the results are not exactly the same so I would like to know which one is more correct and how should I understand these results? Thanks in advance!

They are different because the companies use different people as samples. As you can see in your results, the differences arent that big. None of them are "correct" because they are just estimates and broadly categorized ones at that.
