Yes and how do you think nations with universal free health are paying for all that? Their citizens are getting TAXED out the ass. Just compare taxation rates between European countries and the United States. And that's not even taking into consideration VAT tax, which would make the disparity all the more clear. The American healthcare system is superior in that hypothetically if you don't get sick in your lifetime, then you won't even need to pay the healthcare machine a dollar. Europe on the other hand, even if you're healthy as an ox, by the end of your lifetime you've been so heavily taxed into funding free or reduced education and healthcare that it far exceeds in total a one-time bill from U.S. hospitals.

So is in this country and in most Arab countries. I buy my medication mostly from Turkey, not here.
