    Based on what?

I agree as a group, their facial features look distinctly British.

No need to think to much if you don't want to just say the first option that comes to your head. This is a development squad so they will be older than 18, but not older than early 20's. The I squad had too many foreigners.

Tom Hardwick looks Octroon but include him

Ignore Sam Lewis because he is obviously foreign

    Ignore Jordan obviously

Hey guys, the Netherlands is no that far! O.K.! All these players with the exception of obviously non-White British ones could fit either in Wales or the Netherlands or in Flanders or Denmark (not typically though) or Cornwall. They would not stand out, unless they act like a bunch of English hooligans or if they stand too long in the sun and start turning "lobster".
This is a Dutch field hockey team, there is no difference between these guys from Leicester and them! Most Dutch have the same hair colour as these guys, come on!

This is a Dutch player who looks average:

Well these are Icelandic rugby players, they are not any lighter. The rugby tournament is in Riga, Latvia.
    They all have Scandinavian names.

I think you are right.. there is no one in that team really blonde -Grahamslaw is medium blonde-

In Scandinavia you can find light blonde almost everywhere.. everyplace.. every ristorant.. every sports-team...
