Stears Catholic Serbian ancestors originated from Pelješac or Stonski Rat (medieval Serbian name for Pelješac)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelješac

Here is Pelješac in Serbia in year 960.

350 years later in early 14th century Pelješac is still in Serbia.

How about posting realistic maps rather than fantasy ones ?

With the weakening of the Roman Empire, especially its western part, which consisted of Peljesac, the Slavs who form their political creations called Sklavinije began to settle in that area. Pelješac beneath Zahumlje, which was a kind of buffer zone between the Croatian Kingdom, Raska and Dubrovnik. Zahumlje managed to maintain its independence by balancing the surrounding forces, and Peljesac was spared great war devastation. From the 11th century Peljesac and Zahumlje are ruled by Duklja, Raska, Byzantine and Hungarian-Croatian rulers.

In de Administrando de Imperio (ca 960), this region was part of Zahumlje (Zachumlia) a "country" inhabitet by Serbs.
Miroslav of Hum, the brother of Serbian grand prince Stefan Nemanja (r. 1166-96), held Zahumlje and had his capital on Ston. Zahumlje (known henceforth as Hum) was a hereditaly land of Mirosavljević family. In 1219, Serbian Archibishop Sava I established a Eparchy of Hum, which was seated on Ston.

So ? Zahumlje was indipendent principality, it was never Raška. Serbia was destroyed by Bulgarians in 924, so what are you talking about ? DAI mentions that also.
Anyway, it's unclear to which Slavic tribe population of Zahumlje belonged to. DAI say they were Serbs, but Priest of Dioclea calls it Croatian Land.

Two different and contradictory sources. But, if ancestors of Stears who migrated to Hungary in front of Ottomans call themself Croats, that is what they were.
Serbian refugess to Hungary called themself Serbs.

So stop trying to say Croats are Serbs it's fucking annoying already.

Zahumlje was never independent state. There was no nation Zahumians.

Zahumlje/Pelješac was land of Miroslav of Hum (brother of Stefan Nemanja, founder of Serbian medieval dinasty Nemanjić). Not land of Tomislav, Zvonimir, Držislav and other real or imaginar Croatian rulers.

Ston was center of Serbian Orthodox Eparchy of Hum founded in 1219.

Serbia was not Raška. Raška was only one region of Serbia. Claim that Serbia was only Raška is idiotic as claim that modern Serbia is only Šumadija.

Your histeria for Dalmatian and Herzegovinian karst is not clear to me. I thought you are central Euro Austro-Huhgarian cultural leftover who like Polka and Walz. But your behavior is often like of average impulsive Dinaric taliban.

Lot of bullshit from you as usual.

Zahumlje was indipendent pricipality just like Raška and it wasn't a fucking state just some loose tribal Union. Serbia became a Kingdom in 13th century, before that we can speak about tribal creations not legit states.

Won't comment on rest of your trolling but if you think I don't give a fuck for southern Croats you're deluded.

In the end they are those who dislike you the most. So tell me, you were genocided by your Catholic brothers ?

loool, that makes Serbs most pitiful nation alive.

If they're Serbs and they genocided you just stop blaming real (northern) Croats for your bloody inter-tribal massacres.

    Thanks for reading man,

    Hrvoje

There was no independent Serbian state until Stefan Nemajana. IT was King Béla III of Hungary, whose conflicts and wars with the Byzantine Empire made the creation of independent Serbian state possible.
