Romanians and Serbs are completely identical people.

Neo-Latin got promoted in Romania against Slavic
Slavic got promoted in Serbia against Neo-Latin.

In Ancient Past, Slavic and Latin were equally used in Both Romania and Serbia, only later one absorbed another.

Serbs are Vlachs as much as Romanians.

Because after last Roman governor of Belgrade Theophilos Erotikos (who promoted Latin and Greek langauges) was deposed by Stefan Vojislav in 1000 A.D., all future rulers enforced
Slavic and terrorized Latin speakers, removed them from cities etc..

Most of Latin users got Slavicized!

So we now point at Slavic users calling them Vlachs because we know they are not true Slavs.

My ancestors are Predojević Vlachs from Dalmatia, it may be that 1000+ years ago we spoke Latin, but that's not important anymore.

Romanians also had mix of Latin and Slavic, but they decided to continue with Latin instead of Slavic. It's a Political decision.
