Sumerians, (Ancient) Egyptians, Phoenicians, (Ancient) Greeks and (Ancient) Romans in a single word: Mediterraneans.

    Spoiler!

Everyone else who came later adopted things (laws, science, philosophy etc...) from these civilizations.

Greek and Roman civilization emerged from Ancient Sumer and Egypt (Pantheon, Gods, Structures everything)

Anatolia is a birthplace of western culture.

Later Roman Hellenic Civilization was destroyed and leftover was copied by Germanic, Slavic and Central Asian people.

Illyrians are Celtic-like people who lived East of Celts (Pannonian Plain), they lived primitive lives like Germanics, Celts etc.. they became relevant after Romanization somewhere in 0 A.D. period

I'd say Rome, both because of it's empire and how that served to bring together the originally disparate religious and philosophical ideas, statecraft and nations that constitute the West.; and because of it's later significance with respect to the Catholic Church and Italian contributions to our civilization. There's a consistency and central relevance to Rome across time that is lacking in the other contenders.

If I had to pick one then Romans, but they're all relevant except for Finno-Ugrians, Turks, Scythians, Moors and Indus civilization IMO.

Each is an evolution of an earlier civilisation. A people take the best (and sometimes the worst) from those they have contact with and build upon it.
