    Have you checked the Bosniak dna project? There's a few Pomaks on their Y dna list.
    I have just checked but couldn't find any Pomak.

    Also R1a - R1b ratio is interestingly different between Bulgarians and Pomaks.
    qpAdm: Bulgarian_1.DG= 77 - Kimak.SG= 23, p= 0.36, se= 0.31.
    Y: Q-L330 > Q-YP771 > Q-BZ180 > Q-F16045* (F15008*) --> Baikal N, Altai MLBA, Aldy-Bel, Pazyryk, Hun.
    MT: K1a --> Iron Gates, Starcevo, Bulgaria N, Bulgaria CA, Bulgaria BA.

    Yeah you're right, there's a guy from Mandritsa with what i thought was a Pomak name, but it's an Albo village apparently.

    There's diversity so far in the I2 tested; I'll have to look up the R1B clades as I don't know them off the top of my head, i'm guessing it's mainly Balkan r1b not germanic or celtic though.

    What clades of R1a are they? Other than basal M198 I wonder what the other R clade are for R1a.

    I’m surprised how they accepted Islam. They were OG pagan Slavs that resisted christianization. Even after the fact that most of their surrounding kin converted.

    I2 is paleolithic.

    Neolithic imigrants to Europe from Middle East are E1b and J2. They migrated to Europe like present day imigrants from Middle East to the Germany.

    Neolithic begins 7000 B.C.

    Paleolithic is very much older and it ends 12.000 B.C. when Mesolitic begins from 12000 to 7000 B.C, then Neolithic Begins.

    Why you claim Pomaks, Torbeshi and Gorani? These people have nothing to do with Bosniaks. Not even Sandžakians are related with BiH Muslims, but at least you became political close since 1990s and Sarajevo is full of Sandžakians.
