Body image stuff only gains any kind of traction if it affects women. Short women don't have a problem with height so the topic of shortness will never come up in society. So, for instance, people will laugh at men for being short but lose their shit if someone calls a girl tubby. That's just the way things are because women have more sexual currency than men do.

I'm 6 feet tall. I've never felt like my height was an advantage. Women don't even give a shit about height, just look at the number of short-arse men who have gorgeous girlfriends.
