    Владиците на Македонската православна црква Охридска архиепископија мора да останат доследни на својата историска одлука да се изборат за признавање на автокефалноста на нашата црква преку апелациската постапка што пред една година ја поведоа пред Вселенската патријаршија, која само пред десетина дена одлучи да ја стави на дневен ред за разгледување. Затоа, според верските аналитичари, секоја одлука што ќе ја донесат македонските владици, по евентуалната одлука на Српската православна црква да ги возобнови разговорите со МПЦ, треба да биде јасна и прецизна, за да излезат достојни чувари на духовноста, изворната вистина и суштината на својата национална православна црква.

    [http://religija]Верските аналитичари и црковните великодостојници сметаат дека ваквата одлука на Вселенската патријаршија е прв позитивен чекор по долго време, кој се надеваат дека ќе однесе кон крајната цел за решавање на канонскиот статус на МПЦ. Тие немаат дилема дека овој процес навестува почеток за решавање на нашето црковно прашање, и тоа токму преку Цариград.

    Од МПЦ-ОА, пак, многупати досега истакнале дека остануваат на ставот дека решението на црковниот статус е само признавање на автокефалноста во суштинска смисла, зашто црковниот живот во Македонија, всушност, е континуитет од некогашната Охридска архиепископија, возобновена во лицето на МПЦ-ОА.

    Засега од СПЦ официјално не соопштуваат каква одлука донеле и под кои услови тие го замислуваат идниот дијалог со МПЦ. Но, според неофицијални најави од црковен Белград, со кои веќе се запознаени и црковните кругови на МПЦ, сосема е јасно дека СПЦ ќе се обиде да понуди воскреснување на пропаднатиот Нишки договор, но овој пат повеќе во улога да ѝ најде место и решение на расколничката Православната Охридска архиепископија (ПОА) на Јован Вранишковски, односно расчинетиот владика од МПЦ, отколку да ја прифати реалноста дека МПЦ е на прагот од добивање автокефалност со томос потпишан токму од вселенскиот патријарх Вартоломеј.

    Намерата на црковен Белград е дијалогот за кој најавува обновување всушност е да се води меѓу МПЦ и ПОА. Крајниот резултат би подразбирал МПЦ да го прифати Нишкиот договор и да се соедини со ПОА, па потоа заедно да бараат автокефалност од СПЦ, а СПЦ, пак, на некој нареден собор да одлучи што ќе прави велат црковни извори.
    Според верските познавачи, СПЦ ќе испорача список на желби, кои ќе бидат услови, но тоа ќе биде само уште еден обид за нова, веројатно последна стапица што ја прави СПЦ, која ако МПЦ ја прифати ќе ги изгуби аргументите пред Вселенската патријаршија.

    This country will only go ahead once we rid from any Serb influence...
    The Serbs were mingling in our internal affairs for a long time, trying to spill their complexes and mistakes they have done into our country.
    Their UDBA is still putting their nose where they shouldn't and was making provocations in order to make a conflict between Macedonians and Albanians.
    It's nose should be broken so badly so it will never, ever again try to mingle into our country.
    The next step is the church for which we already have support from the other churches and the most important one in that, the church of Constantinople!

    I am afraid that Serbian Church will follow Moscow example (Ukraine autocephalous).

    Look, this kind of rhetoric will only lead to more anti-Serb feelings in the country and the Serbs loosing even those very few friends they still have.
    The majority of the people in my country as well as the Church official's want independence since the Macedonian Church claims direct heritage from the historical Ohrid Archbishopric!
    The Serbs have nothing to do with Ohrid Archbishopric, it was a church representative for the Macedonian and Bulgarian populations living in the historical region of Macedonia.
    Now, either the Serbs will act civilised as the Western Europeans do and let go of other Churches and people who don't want to be under Serb jurisdiction or the Serbs will continue to be the "bad guy" in the Balkans which will be mostly on their expenses.
    Yes, we do live in 2019, so act civilised, not like a bunch of primitives...

    The see of Byzantium, whose foundation was later ascribed to Andrew the Apostle, was originally a common bishopric. It gained importance when Emperor Constantine elevated Byzantium to a second capital alongside Rome and named it Constantinople. The see's ecclesiastical status as the second of five Patriarchates were developed by the Ecumenical Councils of Constantinople in 381 and Chalcedon in 451.

    The Ecumenical Patriarch has a unique role among Orthodox bishops, though it is not without its controversy. He is primus inter pares ("first among equals"), as he is senior among all Orthodox bishops. This primacy, expressed in canonical literature as presbeia ("prerogatives", literally: "seniorities"), grants to the Ecumenical Patriarch the right to preside at pan-Orthodox synods.

    Additionally, the canonical literature of the Orthodox Church grants to the Ecumenical Patriarch the right to hear appeals in cases of dispute between bishops.

    Historically, the Ecumenical Patriarch has heard such appeals and sometimes was invited to intervene in other churches' disputes and difficulties. Even as early as the 4th century, Constantinople was instrumental in the deposition of multiple bishops outside its traditional jurisdiction. This still occurs today, as when in 2006 the patriarchate was invited to assist in declaring the archbishop of the Church of Cyprus incompetent due to his having Alzheimer's disease.[12] Additionally, in 2005, the Ecumenical Patriarchate convoked a pan-Orthodox synod to express the Orthodox world's confirmation of the deposition of Patriarch Irenaios of Jerusalem.[13] In 2006, the patriarchate was invited to hear the appeal of a Russian Orthodox bishop in the United Kingdom in a dispute with his superior in Moscow, though the result of that appeal - and the right to make it - were both rejected by the latter.[14]

    This unique role often sees the Ecumenical Patriarch referred to as the "spiritual leader" of the Orthodox Church in some sources, though this is not an official title of the patriarch nor is it usually used in scholarly sources on the patriarchate. Such a title is acceptable if it refers to this unique role, but it sometimes leads to the mistaken belief that the office is thus the equivalent of an Orthodox pope.

    You can see by yourself Araa when the Synod in Patriarchate put the MOC case during the meeting, the SOC started immediately negotiations with the MOC-OA.
