Thread: I'm getting fat and more robust.

    Default I'm getting fat and more robust.

    After I turned 23 i noticed gained a few pounds around 10 almost I do have 3 or 4 meals at day and sometimes I go GYM almost every once in a while.


    Any food nutrition advices or fitness ?

    Significantly reduce your carbs, cut down your sugar & grains. Eat more protein, and perhaps get into intermittent fasting; don't eat for like 16 hours in a 24 hour period (or just skip breakfast). Skip cardio and lift some weights.

    I dont really have a exceptionally good advice just regular advice.

    1.Eat less chocolate, sweets, candies, overall watch your calories, eat less calories then you burn (it always works like that if you want to lose weight - burning more calories then you consume)
    2.Hit the gym more often

    I watch my diet. I eat less, and now I bought a treadmill should arrive in the next days and I want to walk on the treadmill 30 minutes every day or at least 3 times a week. Me and my family bought it together, we split the bill.
