Not even close lol. Finns are like 10% mongoloid and closer to Northern Russians than to Swedes. SW Finns are close to Swedes though.
Slovenians are close to Austrians, wtf you're talking about ?

Not all r1a type is slavic:
https://www.eupedia.com/europe/Haplo...shtml#Germanic
Finns are clearly closer to Swedes:
other map:
Finns have no 20% mongoloid genes
"According to "The ALlele FREquency Database" compiled by Kenneth K. Kidd of Yale University, between 3 and 6 percent of Finns have the 1540C allele on their EDAR (Ectodysplasin A receptor) gene.
There are noteworthy autosomal and uniparental differences between Eastern Finns and Western Finns. Eastern Finns have more (5-10%) of a pull in the direction of North Asia than Western Finns (3-4%) do, and their haplogroup distributions are different. "
"Of all populations, Finns are closest to Estonians followed by Swedes. "

In southern Austria it is. Germanic R1a is practically absent outside of Norway. Southern Austria was part of Slavic ''state'' Caranthania that was proto-Slovenian, so what's so suprising about that ?
It's western Austrians close to Switzerland who don't have any Slav blood, other Austrians do.
Caranthania was destroyed by Bavarian conquest later.
