Makes sense, since Colonial era in São Paulo probably had more mixes between White and Natives than any other regions except Northern Brazil (to a point that Tupi was a lingua franca until 1800). That mix probably still after those colonials mixed with different groups.

Plus, São Paulo has migrants from everywhere, and if you get more samples from Greater São Paulo they can be really random.

Something i saw this morning that may be one of the reasons why this results seem off. I did some brazilian regional ancestry boxplots today with gedmatch kits and i noticed there is a clear amerindian increase in the southern whites, and african increase in other whites (including minas gerais). So maybe individuals who are on the same european range seem whiter in SP than they look in MG. In this study for example, paulistas are scoring the double amerindian than mineiros do, so it means in the same euro range, they will be more amerindian and less SSA. That maybe looks "whiter" in brazil.

I for example saw one brazilian girl from RGS in gedmatch who is like 75% euro 20% amerindian 5% african who look white red haired blue eyed. I have never seen a brazilian scoring 20% african looking white.

    Self-declared census

Sure, I perceived that, but I thought that like 4% to 10% was the most frequent, and considering the national average is 9/11% but well... in Argentina happens the same, the amerind average is 19/25% and you can find easily some individuals +40%...

There are more mestizos-harnizos-castizos in Brazil with very little or nothing black than most people imagine.

I know some harnizos from Fortaleza, Ceará. Even a full white looking girl (she is/was blondes) that taking into account genetic studies and the relate of Argentano, could be castiza (75-85% euro)

Sure! But that's typical in Ceara (I went there two decades ago hehe), it's a State more amerindian influenced than SSA, and indeed it's more common to see harnizos and castizos than quadroons for example.
But I didn't thought it was something typical in RS...
