Probably but i would say that they are more Nordic then other East-Baltids.

The famous Finnish racing driver Mika Häkkinen always seemed like a good Fenno-Nordid example to me.

He looks more East-Baltid Savolaxid type.

East Baltic is

a partially reduced Borreby derivative, with Ladogan and Nordic admixture.

Can be more or less Nordic.

A Finn from Tampere, Tavastehus. This man seems to show more evidence of Nordic influence than the others. As these pictures show, the East Baltic is not a stable or a basic racial type, but a variable blend.

Maybe you're right. I think he has a slightly more Nordicized appearance than the Savolaxid guy on the humanphenotypes site though.
