I'm curious about this too, considering how bitter the history between Spain and the UK has been.

You forgot to include the 'Both in equal measure' option.

Us Britons of course, have you not heard about the Atlantic Facade?

I always thought it seems more strongly felt on the Spanish side, most of us don't know we have much history with Spain. Maybe because the empire was a colossal project or because we are just ignorant or a mix of both.

I think it has to do with it being ancient history. If you read books written in the past, the Spanish are always bad in some way or another. Dark haired and eyed people are also negative. But this was a two-way street, with the Spanish hating fair hair and eyes (from what observers wrote). This isn't much remembered because we aren't MENA, so we don't hold on to grudges for a thousand years.

Correct I forgot, I think there was a way to change the polls once they are published, but I do not remember how.

I'm not full Spanish born and grown up in Spain, but as somebody of mostly Spanish descent with Spanish citizenship and with Spanish mother I feel closer to white Cubans than to British, but feel closer to British than to black Cubans.

I give importance to culture, but I also give importance to race affinity.

And the whitest segments of the different Latin American countries don't have exactly the same idiosyncrasy and cultural mindset as the less white lower classes, and more when we talk about whites/near-whites compared to blacks and heavily black admixed people.

Blonde Germans were also treated in a negative way because of their reputation for Nazis and Nordicism, not only people with dark eyes and hair are seen negatively.
