Got somebody from maternal side tested. Roots from northeastern Bosnia, Gradačac to be exact. I know it's Slav and under Dinaric South clade, but not anything specific.

Coincidentally i just looked at one of my matches having the same haplogroup. He is from Vir in Hercegovina.

Some sites mention it's widespread all over BiH and pretty rare elsewhere. My family from there is Šokac, so native population of Posavina.

some say its the Croatian branch of PH908. That is all I really know about the clade. Is there a database for a Croatian DNA project? maybe they know more?
