It’s true - in the south of Russia and in Crimea you can meet absolutely any type of appearance from the East Slavic spectrum. But the autochthonous type here is Pontid/North Pontid interspersed with a small amount of Alpines and Dinarid-like people.

Few examples of northern russian women, no instagram models, not result of late assimilation of finno-permic people. Women from Ust-Zula settlement, Yurla district of Perm Krai. Yurla district is the russian ethnical exclave on the territory of Komi-Permyak autonomous okrug of Perm Krai with russian population 95%. People there mostly descendants of Old beleivers from north of Vyatka region, also members of Streltsy uprising of 1698 were sent here for exile.

Aren't Northern Russians mostly Slavic? Asking that because I saw they're supposedly "hugely" Finno-ugric by some posters.
