Olesya Rulin or Mila Jovovich are the two types I think when I think of Russian beauty. Mila is a bit more more robust but I think she is pretty. There are some beautiful women there, even ones with rounder faces, but they aren't as prominent in Hollywood simply because they are less defined and more babyfaced.

Jovovich is half Russian half Balkan Slav. Rulin imo doesn't really look typical.
