Real Balkan Turks (Turkish speakers from Balkans) are mostly native Balkanite with significant Turkic admixture, much more than any other Balkan people and they tend to cluster outside of Europe on PCA.
Take a look at Kaspias, dude is like half Balkan Turk and he's around 10% mongoloid iirc.

Turkic peoples were always mixed, so this "mongoloid admixture" can be turkic.
