Yes, I have. Eventhough it's utterly pointless as the Netherlands only has 26 seats. This is why only between 30 and 35 percent of the electorate actually votes during any EP elections.

EU is now an anti-democratic institution. Its executive arm, the European Commission, is proposed and appointed by the European Council, which is made up of the leaders of the EU member states. This is why the current European Parliament election is almost a joke.
Even so, I'm going to vote, because the European Parliament has some (minor) powers.
