Default Which pair is more genetically similar: Chileans and Peruvians or Cubans and Dominicans?

Out of the two pairs(Chileans/Peruvians vs Cubans/Dominicans), which group is more similar or has more overlaps genetically?

IMO clearly cubans and dominicans hands down.

Only in the extreme north (Arica) it's possible to find chileans with an important resemblance to peruvians.
But it's something in extremis, just close the border.
The rest of "nortinos" aren't similar to the most typical peruvians, in a way, they have an important resemblance with northwest argentines, and they are mixed with the same amerindians: the diaguitas (called also calchaquies in Argentina, but they are the same group) and the Lickan Antai, also known as Atacameños, they exist in both countries too, Chile and Argentina.
And finally, it's a region with very low density of population, only in the Pacific Coast and some towns like Calama or San Pedro de Atacama are quite populated, but in general it's a territory pretty uninhabitated, for that reason not representative of Chile in general.

In the other side, the Eastern area of Cuba is quite similar to RD genetically talking, and it's a region which despite being less populated than the Western side of the country, its density is not low.
Another point is, La Habana, the biggest and most populated city in Cuba has a genetic composition quite similar to Cibao region in RD, which is quite populated, not as Santo Domingo area, but it has a quite high density demographically talking.

For sure there are more reasons, but in my opinion, Cuban and Dominican Republic are solidly more similar among them than chile and Perú.

Cubans and Dominicans: Both are a mixture of Spanish, Taino and African ancestry in different proportions

Peruvians are mainly a mixed between Spanish and Quechua ancestry while Chileans are mainly a mixture between Spanish and Mapuche ancestry which makes them pretty distinct in my eyes

Let’s just say a Amerindian or Mestizo Peruvian is more similar to Bolivian or Ecuadorian Amerindian or Mestizo then to a Chilean Mestizo or Amerindian, while a Mulatto Dominican is more similar to a Mulatto Cuban or Puerto Rican due to have similar cultures.

60-77% is a reach most studies show they’re balanced mestizos, back at it again with finding ways to subtly talk about Peruvians I see, your so predictable

    Dominicans are ~50% Euro
Cubans ~72% Euro, but these results are mostly from Cuban-Americans, nowadays Island Cubans must be around 60-65% Euro.

    Peruvians ~25-30% Euro
    Chile ~55-60% Euro

So there is a little more difference between Chileans and Peruvians than Dominicans and current Cubans.
