Villian is more difficuly to choose, I will think better after, but about "comic" role DNA8 and Dick would be my first choices.

I would do a Conan The Barbarian style movie so I can have an ambiguous ethnic cast. I would put Oneeye as the main character, Dick as the funny black guy, xiperyum as the Asian bowman/thief, Mortimer as the lovable tag along and all the not funny trolls as the disposable and forgettable badguys, just an army of triggered wogs <3 (learn to laugh).
