I think it's mexicans. Even though Indians and SE Asians can(occasionally) resemble hispanics, the cultural difference is so vast that these groups tend not to get on well at all. There is nothing they have in common.

In my, limited, experience of Hispanic people. I'd say Mexican food is not that far removed from the South Asian palate.

Further, resorting to cliches, both populations are quite emotional and have large and multigenerational families.

Race wise, I think East asians are the most foreign to us. Their features are the polar opposite to most indians imo. Even black people to my eyes look more similar to east asians than most indians through factors like neotony/smooth skin, epicanthic eyefold and high cheekbones that are common among both. There is a reason why many groups in northeast india and nepal have close to zero south asian. Even california schools for example in bay area where there is a presence of both groups in abundance. south asians and east asians barely are compatible with each other in terms of mixing. They oddly enough become close friends and hangout with each other but you barely see them mixing.

Culture wise, you might be right. It maybe latinos. Ill add westerners in general so that includes white and latinos. Their familial values, aspirations, etc seem quite foreign to me. Adultery is so common in these cultures for example, kids move out from parents' households at a very young age to become independent, etc. I'm not saying one is good and the other is bad, its just that their culture seems very unique to me.

Asians and Chinese have shame culture, have parents that push education on their kids, not very promiscuous (tho Chinese parent are more liberal than Indian parents on dating), ancestral worship, Parents wanting kids to succeed so they can brag to other parents about their kids new high salary job or elite uni acceptance. Yet they don't really mix much with each other, in fact I believe East Asian females tend date Western Males at high frequency despite massive cultural gaps between the two cultures. Latino and western culture generally overlap more on issues relating sexuality, parenting, Familial values, extrovertness, importance of academic attainments (tho Europeans do much much better in Academic results than latinos) when compared to South/East Asians. What do you think?

This is true, those groups you mentioned are far more exogamous than S.Asians and some E. Asians. But as for africans, it dependents on which 'African' group you are referring to. Somalis and orthodox Habeshas for example, have more similarity in marriage patterns with Endogamous S. Asian groups than to Christianized West/central Africans
