This is a strong system set up to persecute the strongly established Chinese Christian community, primarily. Chinese Christians are really among the most persecuted Christians in the world, even though there's more than 100 million of them already. China is fast becoming the core centre of the Christian faith in the world, and naturally the devil knows about that and has decided to come against them.

Not just cameras watching people, in this particular surveillance case, they even have cut down the trees across the whole country whose crown and leafage cover partially the roads or are seen from satellite overlapping over their targets, commies are more than perverts, but pathological criminals at large.
