The best modern leader your country has ever had

If you had to name one president that would outshine even the legendary kings or founding presidents, who would it be? Between 1970-present day.

Mine would be Ronald Wilson Reagan. He united America, was an honest person, loved his country and stands a symbol of American unity to this day. Most the founding fathers can't even make that claim, they hated eachother; some even dueled to the death.

It's hard to say, because if they are leftist they bring immigrants, if they come from the right they are servile to the greatest ally...
But Matteo Salvini is okay.

All the modern US presidents have been terrible imo. FDR was decent but not modern. Since 1970, Jimmy Carter is the only president who I feel actually cared about people in general; he is a pacifist, a humanitarian, and he seems to actually be a non-hypocritical christian, but his economic policy during his presidency was not great to say the least.
