    The average IQ of Israel is like 97. Granted that probably includes many Arabs. Its only Ashkenazis that are high IQ.

    Even Ashkenazi Israeli IQ is lower than American Ashkenazi IQ for some reason. One theory says that the less idealistic ones moved to America as opposed to Israel.
