Have you watched Captain Marvel movie?

Just saw it in 4k HDR digital, few months after theatrical release and it's great. Especially last 40 minutes of the movie Carol Danvers shines in 4k HDR like no other marvel character.

Also she looks attractive so maybe I like her too much and I am biased.

What is your opinion on this movie?

It was pretty good. I mostly just hated the blonde girl main character. I find her incredibly uncharismatic, boring, annoying and stupidly overpowered.

Well in comics she is exactly that.

That means they did pick the right one.

To me it was okay, just like that. A good film.
I'm not in this thing to compare Marvel vs. DC or pick one side, but I think it's inevitable, ins this case specifically, compare Captain Marvel to Wonder Woman, because they're very close in concept: powerful women, both strong enough to be close to the mightiest in their universes, that today, in 2010s, talk directly to females and claim empowerment. I like that both did that organically, although, in the end, when Carol fights Yon-Rogg, it was basically propaganda. But it was a single point. And they're both in the middle of wars.
That said, I think Wonder Woman is so much better. I think Captain Marvel loses its pace after Carol discovers who she really is. I know it's a film, so it's supposed to last around 2 hours, but after she finds out she's a powerful hybrid superhuman being that was fooled all her life, all of a sudden she solves the whole problem and the final battle is shitty. By the way, it's a common problem for some Marvel films.
To me, Wonder Woman is more coherent from the beginning to the end.
