Today, Swedish police have released a new list of neighbourhoods in the country that they deem to be "risk areas". They've split them up into three categories: "exposed/vulnerable" areas which are characterised by a low socio-economic status and some light criminal activity; "risk areas" which are more severe than the first category and could potentially become especially vulnerable; and finally "especially vulnerable areas" which are characterised by an unwillingness to cooperate with legal processes and threats and acts of violence, and where the police may have more difficulty operating efficiently.
