Yes but Hungary has 10 times bigger population than Monteniggas and is much older country. They exist since mid 2000s.

If we are gonna judge only sportwinner countries by this criteria then this thread is limited to only small population nations.

By this criteria Hungary has been pretty good in several sports in Olympics when considering its size and wealth it has out medalled many larger and richer nations.
