Who has more titles (european/world/Olympic), Hungary or Serbia ? It isn't fair tho since Serbia is younger.

Domestic Leagues depend on money. But Spanish league maybe the best, biggest clubs and most of them has lot of Spanish players especially Barca used to. Bundesliga also great.
