Define "White"

A term which varies by individual and country. See the posts in this topic. or the US/Brazil census.

Typically used in New World countries by mutts where ethnicity has long disappeared.

I go by the US government definition, everyone who isn't Asiatic or Black. (Middle Easterners are considered white in statistics, since most modern Europeans descend from them). I would consider mixed Russians, Finns etc. Of Uralic/Slavic/Scand decent white. Asiatic people to me are like Native Americans, Chinese, Indians, Non-absorbed Siberians etc.

Anyways I think the term ‘white’ defines the people who’re culturally ‘white’ as in european manners/religion etc and someones ancestry

I have no clear idea it depends on personal view point but I think that I'm not white however you see it I fall out of the definition if I were only european and or middle eastern then I might be white

seriously why isnt pink used? healthy european skin is not white at all , its rather pink.

Typical European skin color is not pink at all, but I agree that it isn’t white either. Shade spectrum of bisque color is the closest to describe it, in my opinion.

I think the term “white” is used by racists and bigots to create a new race that really does not exist. White means absolutely nothing to me. It was a tactic used by American slave owners to make themselves superior by physical characteristics. The morons of America now believe “White” is a race and this ridiculous term has infected the government and people across the world with a new definition of Race. Ridiculous!

Really, the claim that Poles were once considered non-white in the US is the most ridiculous yet from the revisionist history crowd. I'll also add that a famous Revolutionary War figure was Casimir Pulaski (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casimir_Pulaski), still celebrated here in Chicago. How will they reconcile that?
