Yes possibly but a sami and a swedish it's almost the same because they are neighbors it doesn't change much.

They are almost the same because the samis started mixing with Swedes. They where very diffrent 100 years ago.

There is the norwegian sea and the baltic sea that brings cold on both sides and the lack of sun in both countries so I don't think they were very different before mixing each other.

Or are you say that because their eyes are a bit slanted ?
It's the cold or, possibly the rain for the chinese, which gives slanted eyes it's not necessary an admixture with the chinese LOL.
It's the same with dark hair, skin, eyes it's not necessary an admixture with the spanish LOL.
It could be a diet rich of sea food.

What i have read is that they have Asian orgin they share genetics with Siberians. And no it is not because their Eyes are slanted.

It's possible they mixed each other but it's not sure.
But they have almost the same climatic conditions of life which gives the same results of physical appearance, that's for sure.
